Reviews and Ratings
When I first arrived at Camino Real-Saltillo, I was immediately struck by the safety and security of the hotel grounds, but I found the rooms to have some wear and tear. The setting of the hotel is beautiful, yet the check-in experience was a bit disappointing as the host seemed indifferent. It's important to pay attention when booking as the rooms are spread around the grounds, requiring a bit of a wander to reach the main building.
I had a mixed experience at Camino Real-Saltillo. The safety and security of the hotel grounds were a plus, but the rooms showed some wear and tear. The setting of the hotel was beautiful with lovely mountain views, yet reaching the main building was a bit of a wander. The different sizes of towels and room patios added to the charm, though I felt the prices were a bit high.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a nice quiet, motel-like arrangement with trees covering the parking area mostly, but they were dirty and shabby. The service provided was amazing, always meeting my expectations, although there was an issue with getting new coffee in the mornings. The location offered great views of the Saltillo Mountains, but it did not meet the Camino Real Standards. The dining experience was good, with fresh fruit and a variety of options, while the facilities could use some improvement.
The hotel's rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated, with ground floor rooms featuring patios and picturesque mountain views. However, cleanliness was an issue, and the decor felt outdated. Despite this, the value for money was reasonable.
